How do I verify my product?
Scratch the silver strip on the security sticker to reveal the Line 1 code. Enter it together with the Line 2 code printed below the strip in the verification form on our homepage. You will receive a result instantly.
Why does it say my code was already verified?
Each code pair is valid for one successful check only. If it was checked before, we show the date and time of the first check. If you did not perform that check yourself, the product may be counterfeit — please contact us.
My code was not found. What should I do?
Make sure you entered Line 1 (under the scratch strip) and Line 2 (printed) in the correct fields. The letters O and I are automatically treated as the digits 0 and 1, so you do not need to worry about those. If the code is still not found, please contact us with a photo of the sticker.
Do you sell products on this website?
No. This website is for information and product verification only.
Are all products lab tested?
Selected batches are tested by independent third-party laboratories. All published reports are available on the Lab Tests page and on the related product pages.
How do I report a suspected counterfeit?
Use the contact form and select “Report a counterfeit”, or email [email protected]. Photos of the packaging and sticker are very helpful.
