How to verify your Sigma product in 30 seconds

Counterfeit products are one of the biggest risks in our industry. That is why every Sigma package carries a security sticker with a unique, single-use pair of codes.

Step 1 — Find the security sticker

The sticker shows a QR code, a silver scratch strip and a printed code. Scanning the QR code takes you straight to sigma-pharma.com.

Step 2 — Scratch the silver strip

Gently scratch the strip to reveal the Line 1 code. The code printed below the strip is the Line 2 code.

Step 3 — Enter both codes

Type each code into its own field in the verification form. Upper or lower case does not matter, and the letters O and I are automatically read as 0 and 1.

What the results mean

• Authentic — the code pair is genuine and this is its first check.
• Already verified — the code pair is genuine but was checked before. We show the date and time of the first check. If that was not you, treat the product with caution and contact us.
• Not found — the codes do not match our records. Double-check the characters; if it still fails, the product may be counterfeit.
