What is Clomid
Clomiphene citrate is another name for Clomid. It's an oral drug that's commonly used to treat infertility in women. Clomid works by tricking the body into thinking your estrogen levels are lower than they are, causing your pituitary gland to secrete more follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH).

Difference between ENC and ZUC isomers of Clomiphene
They have dramatically different biologic half-lives in nature. According to evidence from single-dose pharmacokinetic studies, enC disappears quickly from the bloodstream, while zuC is cleared slowly and can accumulate over several treatment cycles.

What Clomid do to man body?
Clomid is typically used as an infertility treatment in females. The FDA does not approve it for use in males, but it's often prescribed off-label to treat male infertility. Clomid in male infertility blocks the action of estrogen on the pituitary gland. This causes an increase in the FSH and LH hormone levels. Higher levels of FSH and LH will boost testosterone production in men.

medical uses
This drug is used to treat female infertility. It works by causing an increase in the number of hormones that help a mature egg develop and release (ovulation). This drug isn't recommended for women whose ovaries aren't producing enough eggs (primary pituitary or ovarian failure).

other uses
Male infertility, menstrual irregularities, fibrocystic breasts, and persistent breast milk production are sometimes treated with Clomiphene.

what should I stack with on PCT?
For post cycle therapy (PCT), clomiphene citrate (Clomid) and tamoxifen (Nolvadex) may be used to help restore the user's average testosterone production. Since both can block estrogen at the hypothalamus and pituitary, negative feedback tolerance is no longer inhibited. Increased LH can aid in stimulating the testes' Leydig cells to produce more testosterone.

Dosages of Nolvadex and Clomid combined for PCT protocol:

Day 1
    • Clomid 250mg + Nolvadex 60mg
Following 10 days
      • Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days
      • Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
